I think Devon and I are going to head to Modesto this weekend to start house hunting. Is it a bad thing if one of my criteria is a garage large enough to park 1 car and play pong at the same time?

Not at all. In fact, knowing my husband as you do, it will likely come as no surprise that our garage/basement is so outfitted.
