So, it seems that instead of "snow days" in the South, they have "tornado days". Supposedly we are expecting inclement weather--the schools are closed, the courthouse is closed. Anyway, I'm going to try to post a picture of this scary scene (taken from my front porch). Let's just say, I like the Southern version best...so far. I hope that you all are doing well. Kristin

No problems here. We've had two watches this season so far, but both of them ended up causing tornadoes somewhere else (like those storms in Tennesee). Josh and I have a weather radio that screeches when there's a warning or watch. I also learned yesterday that it goes off for Amber alerts. It's hard to imagine anyone closing a school or courthouse in Kansas because of a tornado watch - we'd never get anything done for half the year!
