adin, i think you must be operating at a higher level than i am - i didnt' see any laser or physics references in that comic....in other xkcd ones yes, but i thought that was pure princess bride. educate me, oh wise one!

I am sorry as I left that "non-contextualized" comment and then vanished for a couple of weeks. I had happened to look through more of the xkcd's and realized it was a lot about nerds and science nerds to boot! I happen, as I mentioned before, happen to work with those types...and in fact we use TPB quotes AND Beatles lyrics in our conversation.
Sorry for the confusion!
