BLD v2.0

I was able to share (by phone) with those who went to NYE in DE the good news. We were still cautious given what happened the last time and had not shared with anyone but a few select family members. Check out the one of the newest arrivals to the BLD in early August! Arms and legs were moving and all there (whew!). Devon is sick and tired which, strangely, is a fairly good thing when you're pregnant. Otherwise, all is well. We're looking forward to seeing you all in June at the Reunion.

Rob and Devon,
Congratulations! Being a parent increases your emotional range exponentially. I never realized that I could feel this much.
What an absolute love affair it is.
I am so happy that you will be experiencing it soon.
All the best, Kristin

ps. Given my ultrasound-vision (as opposed to x-ray vision), I'm guessing girl. And you said early August, so August 8 will be my guess with zero info.

pps. In case anyone is worried (no need), the girl part was really really a guess. I can't read ultrasound well (yet) and this picture is too early for that anyway (I believe). I just like to get my guesses in.

I think they can start to tell gender reliably at 18 weeks. Of course, they still run only about 85% right on average, though I haven't personally known anyone to have one when expecting the other.

Devon, I'm so happy your ultrasound picture looks like a baby! My first one with First Son made him look like a turtle. I can't remember with First Daughter, but I think she was a blob at best in the early one.
