More reunion condo stuff

The quechee guy called me back today. There is one biggish place available.
It's $500 per night, and maybe could fit three families or one family and two other couples. That works out to be pretty cheap if you break that down per person.

There are plenty of smaller places that could fit individual families. Please let me know if you're interested or not, b/c I'll have to book something for the Mazzuccos soon.

Thanks.

I think you'll have to count us out. Josh's teaching schedule for the summer doesn't leave much room for travel. The students would be thrilled with a canceled class, but his fellow professors might frown on it (and many of the classes only meet eight times).

Luckily, we just saw most BLDers at the wedding and will be planning on attending the NYE celebration to ring in 2009. We're also trying to plan a trip to Boston during his spring break (I know, we're supposed to go somewhere warm) so if you can be in Boston around St. Patrick's Day, let us know.

Hillary and I are planning on going still.

I just don't know how much time I'll be able to get off of work to make the trip. But we'll definitely be there at some point.

Same situation as Jonathan--looking at work schedules--definitely planning to go for some portion--will make a decision about lodging in the next few days. Lincoln jokes that we'll stay at the Sig Ep house; I don't think he's actually joking.

Laura, I don't think you should stay at Sig Ep, even if Lincoln does.

Jon, your post was unclear. Are you and Hillary interested in lodging with us? I won't be offended if you're not. Staying with a family of 5 is great if you're also a family of 5. When you're a couple, you may just prefer a place to crash where no one will be up crying at 3AM.

And that is why Laura shouldn't stay at Sig Ep.

hey guys,
I will not be too pregnant, but as I think most of you know, I will be too British to attend the reunion. =) However, there is a pub down the block from my new job called Dartmouth Castle, so I plan on spending reunion weekend there and getting so drunk that I actually believe I'm back in Hanover. (funny? no? sorry.) Anyway, I didn't want you to think I was ignoring things. Just sad that I can't participate. Have fun! I expect to see pictures!

We will be at the reunion at least part of the weekend. My family is planning a mini-reunion of their own in Massachusetts at the same time. We don't know yet how much vacation Chad will have, so we're not sure what our plans will be. And we may leave the girls with my family, at least part of the time. But since they are only two hours away, we will probably only stay one night, and therefore, will most likely stay in the dorms.
