Keeping Up with the Mazzuccos

Another little Papsdorf will be making an appearance around the end of July!

We thought about calling everyone. We thought about sending cute Christmas cards announcing the news (and then didn't send any cards at all). We thought about sending an email.

But we are tired and, once you have three, no one is really that surprised by a fourth. Right?

One of these days I'll have a nice ultrasound picture to post on our blog, but for now you just have to take our word for it.

I am having difficulty imagining #2, let alone 3 or 4. You guys are amazing. Congrats!

Congratulations! That's wonderful!

Six things.

1. Amazing is one word for it. I can think of others.

2. As my father-in-law said to Betsy, his third child, "Two is the right number of children to have."

3. It's not a race.

4. "Keeping up with the Mazzuccos" suggests that the Mazzuccos are moving with some intentionality. What the Mazzuccos are doing is more like careening through space the way discarded pieces of the Hubbell telescope did before crashing to earth in a fiery mass.

5. Seriously, congratulations! That's very exciting.

6. There may be a BLD YouTube song in the works. You have been warned.

Dan, the other title I considered was something along the lines of "We Struggle with Fertility," but I worried people who really struggle with infertility would be offended. I knew you wouldn't be offended.

Thanks, everyone!

When I read Jill's title I thought of the Mazzucco's as the Kardasians. Then I read Dan's response and thought of it some more.

It's the Betel nuts I tell you!!!

Oh yeah...and I'm going to have to figure out a way to bring Harry to visit the Papsdorf farm someday! =)

Please, Adin! Bring Harry!

And if he can't come, just bring yourself! We'll pick you up at the airport and feed you as many eggs and you can eat!
