Wassup?
Nothing about Jon being bored or Kristin's research for weeks. What's going on in BLD land?
And does anyone have Doug & Ann's home phone number?
a gathering spot for BLDers

There are only four colleges/ universities that have produced both a US President and a Super Bowl winning quarterback. Name them.
I got three colleges right off the top of my head, but I wouldn't consider it really getting them right. I knew where the Super Bowl QB went to school, and just guessed that a President did too. The fourth one I had to look up. I didn't really follow college football that closely until I started this job, so I don't know where a lot of the older players went to school. I'll post the answers in a comment for those of you who care, which is probably Rob. And maybe Dan.
Hope you are all doing well. Hillary and I met with Fr. Cole at St. Mary of the Falls yesterday to fill out some paperwork so that my marriage will "count" as far as the Catholic Church is concerned. I am sure you were all gravely concerned! But everything should be great.
Other than that, not too much going on. We are heading down to Cincinnati this weekend for Hillary's shower. Hopefully we get some mutually beneficial gifts and not just pretty vases and picture frames. Guh.

Thanks for trying to fix the comments. Due to your diligence, I will now only harass you about them once a month, rather than every other day.
If Julia becomes a professional athlete, she better go with me as her agent. I already have a verbal commitment from Caleb (through Josh) that I will represent him when he becomes an NFL kicker.

I also hate having the comments in a popup window. I've tried to get the comments to show up on the same page like before, but I just can't get it to work right. It really doesn't help that there's still virtually no documentation about the new templates.
Julia is very vocal these days, i.e. she is loud. It is cute and funny most of the time. It is neither cute nor funny when you have a migraine and/or it is 2:30AM. She also keeps growing at an alarming rate. At 4 months, she was in the 95th percentile for length and she is showing no signs of letting up. So she will be an opera singer or a basketball player.

ps. We are fine following the storms. The sky was scary and the sirens went off a bunch of times, but we were very fortunate. I feel a terrible sense of loss for the families in Enterprise, though. I have a number of classmates with family there and Jay's grandfather was from there. At any rate, I can't imagine sending my children to school and having them struck by a tornado. Schools just seem as if they should be extra safe zones.
